Progress.

From the girl who was determined not to have a blue room just because she was having a boy.
But when the fabric in her head didn't exist in all of Pittsburgh and internet land, she took a new direction. And was happy.

You can see what we've been up to this weekend. Nothing makes me more excited than getting our little one's room ready. Now if he's anything like his big sister, he won't see the amazing light of day in his room for quite some time, but that's ok.

The fabric is Alexander Henry 2d Zoo in Pool which I purchased through Etsy. It will become a crib skirt and who knows where it may show up in other accessories, if at all. I'm not one for crazy amounts of matchy matchy. But I love all the colors (especially my green).
